hi Jens,

After asking you about permission to re-use the info, I have created a
version of the doc on github: https://github.com/w3c/elements-of-html as i
think its a useful reference.

changes:

re-organized columns
changed images
changed links
changed styles

If you would like to have write access, drop Robin Berjon a line. or you
(or anyone) can send pull requests.
