No, there isn't really a need for two specs, but I don't believe anyone has found a magic bullet to make that happen. We're working on improving the situation for everyone, but it takes time. In the meantime, so long as we don't break implementations, I'm fine. > Is that something to embed in the group charter? No. Doing things with the charter just adds more process stuff. The last thing this group needs is more process.
