Re: updated cite definition - please review

This is probably not only related to this element, but with regard to 
the example of incorrect usage, then it irritates me that its title is 
“Code Example”, which is identical with the titles of the correct code 
examples. 

It strikes me that negative/wrong usage could be marked up as an 
<aside>. 

May be this comment should be filed as a bug …
