In section 6.4 Void Elements, I think there are 2 more elements in HTML5 that
should be in the list of void elements.

<wbr> and <track>

The content model of these 2 elements are both empty in HTML5, but why are they
not in the list? No explanations are given there.

I am asking this because I want to know whether I can use minimised form (<wbr
/> <track />) for these elements or not in the polyglot markup.
