After discussing it with my co-chairs, we have decided to reissue the 
statement[1] that the Working Group has duly considered the legitimate 
concerns of dissenters as far as is possible and the group SHOULD move 
on, as well as reissuing the request that new information which merits 
evaluation by the working group comes in the form of a Change Proposal[2].

In accordance with Roy's wishes, we have recorded a Formal Objection[3] 
which we will be forwarding on to the Director shortly.
