ISSUE-206: meta-generator

FYI

ted o'connor sent an email yesterday [1] to the whatwg list, which a few
hours later [2] resulted in a normative change to the html living standard
: it is no longer REQUIRED [3] that conformance checkers suppress alt
errors when meta name=generator is present, now they MAY.

This may have some bearing on HTML5 ISSUE-206: meta-generator
