Separate bug. If you want to pursue your feature request, file a bug at <https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/> as a first step. Consider filing it under the HTML.next product if it's not essential for this to be in HTML5, since HTML5 is winding down and the WG is likely to be reluctant to add new features. But if you strongly feel this should be in HTML5, go ahead and file it under the HTML5 component. Regards, Maciej On Jul 18, 2012, at 1:31 PM, Ian Devlin <ian@iandevlin.com> wrote: > Ok. So the next step I would suggest is to file it as a bug, and then perhaps escalate that bug to an issue if necessary. > > > > Regards, > > Maciej > > > > > > On Apr 12, 2012, at 11:19 AM, Ian Devlin wrote: > > > > > Hi, > > I noticed from the summary email that went out earlier today that Issue 183: Enhance and simplify the time element is due to close tomorrow. > > I'd like to submit an additional change proposal which isn't a counter proposal, but merely a suggested enhancement to Tantek's proposal which forms the basis of Issue 183. > > My proposal: add an 'era' attribute to the HTML5 <time> element, can be found at - http://www.w3.org/html/wg/wiki/User:Idevlin/add_era_attribute_to_time_element > > Regards, > > Ian > > -- > ian devlin > e: ian@iandevlin.com > w: www.iandevlin.com > t: @iandevlin > skype: idevlin > > buy my book: html5 multimedia: develop and design > > > > > >
