This decision has been applied in this changeset: https://github.com/w3c/html/commit/335bd5f19064e6310866f50f346355f7197b1da5 As applied, the change differs from the Details section of the Change Proposal in one respect: the paragraph that reads "Registrations should reference the description of web+ schemes in Custom scheme and content handlers" refers to the W3C HTML5 specification instead of the WHATWG version of the spec. This change will presumably show up in the ED on dev.w3.org whenever the relevant cronjob runs. Ted
