Boris Zbarsky logged a bug that putImageData's IDL doesn't match the prose: https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=18246
I scanned the changes and the WHATWG fixed this while introducing a new API: https://github.com/w3c/html/commit/e06d954062afacbc5e51fbe999a7f570f8f10175

Looking some more at the spec, there are many other instances where the IDL is wrong so I filed a new bug on this: https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=18629

Does everyone agree that these should be fixed in the spec?
