From: <bugzilla@jessica.w3.org>
Date: Wed, 30 Mar 2011 15:49:04 +0000
To: public-html@w3.org
Message-ID: <bug-12402-2495@http.www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/>
http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=12402

Summary: Global datetime example is incorrect
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
        AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
        ReportedBy: theodore_3@yahoo.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,
                    public-html@w3.org

Global dates and times

The third example is wrong, it should be "8592-01-01T00:00+02:09":

"8592-01-01T02:09+02:09"
Midnight UTC on the 1st of January, 8592. The time zone associated with
that time is two hours and nine minutes ahead of UTC, which is not currently a
real time zone, but is nonetheless allowed.
