Since that time, we have received a new proposal: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2011Mar/0274.html And the original proposal has been withdrawn: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2011Mar/0329.html We would like to once again issue a call for consensus, this time on the new proposal. If no objections are raised to this call by March 24th 2011, we will close this issue by amicable consensus. If anybody would like to raise an objection during this time, we strongly encourage them to either endorse the now withdrawn change proposal, or accompany their objection with a new concrete and complete change proposal. - Sam Ruby
