RE: CfC: Close ISSUE-150 code-point-verbosity by Amicable Resolution

This WG Decision email failed to identify the deadline for the application of this WG Decision. The Chairs would like to know when the WG Decision for ISSUE-150 can be implemented?

BTW since the Decision Policy does not state what the implementation period should be for WG Decisions, I have opened bug 13306 on the Decision Policy:
http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=13306
I would like to encourage WG members and especially Editors to comment on what the implementation period should be. I have proposed two weeks.

At this time, we find that we have consensus on the following proposal for ISSUE-150:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2011Feb/0120.html

Bug 11124 will be REOPENED and marked as WGDecision. Once the editor has made the change, ISSUE-150 will be CLOSED.

As we have received no counter-proposals or alternate proposals, the chairs are issuing a call for consensus on the proposal that we do have.

If no objections are raised to this call by July 12th 2011, we will direct the editor to make the proposed change. If anybody would like to raise an objection during this time, we strongly encourage them to accompany their objection with a concrete and complete change proposal.
