I will write one today if its to be accepted, As you may know the document in question ( http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-api-map/overview.html) is being actively developed, while I do not expect it to be ready to go to last call at the same time as HTML5 i do expect it to be ready enough to be referenced from the HTML5 spec. I would also like to have it published as a first public working draft in the next html wg publication heartbeat. so what is the best way to proceed? regards stevef On 24 February 2011 13:02, Sam Ruby <rubys@intertwingly.net> wrote: > On 01/22/2011 02:40 PM, Sam Ruby wrote: > >> On 01/22/2011 02:30 PM, Sam Ruby wrote: >> >>> 'Remove restriction on command element as part of a menu ' >>> >> >> Correction: 'Create document defining mappings from html elements to >> platform accessibility apis' >> >> Per the decision policy, at this time the chairs would like to solicit >>> volunteers to write Change Proposals. >>> >>> http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tracker/issues/161 >>> http://dev.w3.org/html5/decision-policy/decision-policy.html#escalation >>> >>> If no Change Proposals are written by February 23rd, 2011 this issue >>> will be closed without prejudice. >>> >> > As no change proposals were received, this issue has been closed without > prejudice. > > > Issue status link: >>> http://dev.w3.org/html5/status/issue-status.html#ISSUE-161 >>> >>> - Sam Ruby >>> >> >> - Sam Ruby >> > > - Sam Ruby > > > -- with regards Steve Faulkner Technical Director - TPG www.paciellogroup.com | www.HTML5accessibility.com | www.twitter.com/stevefaulkner HTML5: Techniques for providing useful text alternatives - dev.w3.org/html5/alt-techniques/ Web Accessibility Toolbar - www.paciellogroup.com/resources/wat-ie-about.html
