Re: updated change proposal for issue 129 ARIA in HTML5

Thanks for the update. Could you please put the change details in a separate Details section? It's ok to also keep them intermixed with the rationale section if you find that helpful, but as it is, it's impossible to see all of the changes proposed at a glance.
