We could certainly convene a cross group collaboration between HTMLWG, TTWG and SMILWG. I think that would be the most pragmatic step forward on charter issues. However let's at least wait until we have the requirements before progressing more on the technical work. >For what it's worth, I'm happy to keep the work on WebSRT in the WhatWG working group. We can always submit it to the W3C >once its a more stable proposal.
