I plan to write up my earlier proposal for ISSUE-41 as a formal change proposal. The informal text is currently available here: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=8357 and here: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2009Nov/0545.html (including a suggested refinement media type registrations act as the registry for prefixes) I probably won't be able to do this until after March 10th but I'll almost certainly be able to get it done before March 23rd. -Rob > -----Original Message----- > From: public-html-request@w3.org [mailto:public-html-request@w3.org] On > Behalf Of Maciej Stachowiak > Sent: Tuesday, February 23, 2010 4:53 PM > To: public-html@w3.org WG > Subject: ISSUE-41: decentralized-extensibility - Chairs Solicit > Proposals > > "Decentralized Extensibility" > > This issue has been open nearly two years, and there has been much > discussion.
