Hi Anne,

thanks.

I find "Section 5 HTML5 Changelogs" a bit confusing, as - the way it's 
written - has little to do with differences between HTML4 and HTML5.

Maybe a short introductory sentence here would help; otherwise removing 
this (and publishing it somewhere else like the HTML WG home page) might 
make sense.
