RE: ISSUE-127: Rough draft of Cross-Working Group Review Policy

ISSUE-27 is in the Pending Review state since this was requested at last week's WG meeting:
http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tracker/actions/127

So far we have had only one comment which Maciej has accepted.  

If there are no more comments by this week's WG meeting call I plan to propose that we close this action item and finalize the review policy.

Good point. Let's assume that goes between step 4 and step 5. I'll post an updated version once we get some more comments.
