Which reminds me: there doesn't seem to be any progress on actually 
*registering* "about:".

Joseph, Lachlan, I think the next step is to actually submit the text to 
the URI review mailing list, and also to request publication of the 
Internet Draft as RFC. Any idea when this is going to happen?
