<meta http-equiv="Link"> question

If I read the current draft correctly, http-equiv="Link" is not 
supported on <meta> elements.  Is this the case?  Does that require UAs 
to ignore such <meta> tags?  At least Opera and Gecko support this 
method of linking to stylesheets, last I checked.
