http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/forms.html#file-upload-state specifies "The accept attribute may be specified to provide user agents with a hint of what file types the server will be able to accept." I believe this should be reworded to state: "The accept attribute may be specified to provide user agents with a hint of what file types will be accepted."
