Re: Updated Editor's Draft of HTML Design Principles

- Addressed Formal Objection by clearly marking examples as such.
- Addressed accessibility issue via above change.

No AT (i know of) has suppport for CSS :before  so it does not provide
a clear marking of examples as examples.

also I think the use of CSS to add text to a document is not a good idea.
