Still no update from Lachlan Hunt on Action-34 ("publish guide"), 
Action-78 ("proprietary languages"), and Action-103 ("register about:").

I'm still unable to find a champion for Action-99 ("head @profile"), 
plan to drop to "raised" by the end of the month.

Action-38 ("amend charter") and Action-105 ("merge WGs") are awaiting 
RDFa resolution, which is mostly progressing outside of the HTML WG:

Status updates are expected from Henri Sivonen/Action-96 ("origin

draft"), Cynthia Shelly/Action-114 ("ARIA TF") and Chris 
Wilson/Action-97 ("decentralized extensibility").
