I note that one side effect of this change is that <details> can now 
appear in <caption>. This provides a mechanism for adding multiple 
levels of captioning information that, as far as I can tell, is 
equivalent _on a technical level_ to the <summary> element proposal 
advocated as an improvement [1] on the HTML 4 table summary mechanisms.
