I'm not suggesting that it were self-evidently true. I'm suggesting,  
however, that the idea of yanking @summary is based on an assumption  
(perhaps a horribly incorrect one) that @summary is bad for  
accessibility (for at least three reasons mentioned--not just that  
one)--not just because "it's not being used right".
