Those are now here:

  multipage version:

Those and each split page now also include the text "This is
revision 1.NNNN", where "1.NNNN" is the revision number of
whatever version of the full draft they were generated from.

The title of each page now also shows "HTML5 (Author Edition)".

That's due to a difference in the filenames that the splitter uses
depending on whether you feed it the --w3c flag or not. There's
now a string-substitution in the makefile to fix that.
