ISSUE-5: button-type-radio - suggest closing on 2009-08-20

Sam Ruby and Dan Connolly asked me to resend my proposed issue  
closures in individual emails, with clear subject lines, and Cc'd to  
the issue originator when possible. Apologies for the spam. If there  
are no objections, I will close this issue on 2009-08-20.

The following issue was based on a feature suggestion of mine, nearly  
2 years ago: <http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tracker/issues/5>.

I believe it is now too late to add features to HTML5, and this  
request is not urgent. I am happy to let the feature request be  
considered at some later point in time.

Therefore, I would like to ask that ISSUE-5 be closed.
