Note, the below parsing issue in IE8 Beta 2 has been addressed in recent internal builds of IE8 :-)

FWIW, as far as parsing goes, this is compatible with HTML5, Firefox
3.0.3, WebKit r35752 and Opera 9.62. It is incompatible with parsing
in IE8 beta 2, though. (IE effectively ignores </li>, so the h2
element ends up as a child of the previous li element.)
