Clarification on chairing for the group

I'm writing this message to provide clarification about the
chairing of the HTML Working Group.

Dan got a little burned out, so I offered to take the chair role.
The Director and W3C management agreed. After Dan took a little
time off, he and I discussed it and we're going to try swapping
roles for a while -- continuing to work together for the group,
but with me chairing and Dan filling the responsibilities in the
group that I was handling previously.

So that's where we're at. Today, for example, we have already been
spending some time working (along with Shawn Medero and others) on
reviewing issues in the group Tracker; Dan and Shawn have edited
and added notes to a number of issues there, and closed out others.
