The definition for the date microsyntaxes specify months and days using the
wrong range:

"Two digits, representing the month month, in the range 0 &#8804; month &#8804;
12"

"Two digits, representing day, in the range 0 &#8804; day &#8804; maxday where
maxday is the number of days in the month month and year year"

Both those 0's should be changed to 1's.
