Parsing: <h4> in foreign content

Parsing:

    When the insertion mode is "in foreign content", tokens must be handled
    as follows:

    ...

    A start tag whose tag name is one of: ... "h1", "h2", "h3", "h5", "h6",
    ...


Isn't "h4" missing from that list?
