HTML-XML TF meeting cancelled for 15 Feb

Between the O'Reilly TOC conference and the TAG f2f last week, I've
not managed to make any progress on the report. There are a couple of
new use cases proposed on the list that I think we should talk about,
but let's do that next week.

Next meeting: 22 Feb.
