    paulc: there is a thread going on in response to the CfC,
    concerning the file: API
    ... also the A11Y is looking into bug 23661
    ... plh and I are looking into scheduling the review with the
    director; the candidate document is dated Jan 9th
    ... questions?

    daniel: what are the thoughts on the file: API?

    plh: this will end up on my desk at this point; I have no
    opinion yet

    daniel: we need file blob registered, we should work with the
    owners of the file: API

    paulc: given that we have implementations, my thoughts are that
    it doesn't block us going IN to CR, but we will need it
    resolved before we EXIT CR.

    agreeing to drop drawCustomFocusRing from Canvas level 1
