This proposition has achieved consensus.

This proposition has not received consensus. While there was only one
clear objection objection [1], it appears likely there is further dissent.
However, it does have significant support. It is also the pre-existing
position of the Task Force.
The Resolution is therefore: The HTML Accessibility Task Force requests
that the HTML Working Group maintain the *FocusRing(element) methods in
the Canvas 2d context specification, marking them "at risk".
We point out that evaluation of implementation experience should consider
both the positive question of whether there is real implementation
(sufficient to remove the "at risk" status), and the "negative" question
of whether implementation shows that the current specification causes
sufficient problems that removing it and getting it improved in a future
version is a better approach.
We further note that Philippe Le Hegaret has an explicit action item [2]
to try and uncover specific issues which might lead to the latter result.
Finally, in order to determine whether the features are satisfactorily
implemented and implementable, we encourage people to make and submit
tests.
