publication of the MSE last call doc is likely to occur on Sept 3
a little confusion on what the status section should say for LC
there are two preexisting MSE bugs, so force has been working on the EME last call 
Public has been asking for more info on privacy in the spec
Heartbeat document coming soon,
we are trying to push forward on an EME heartbeat doc. Preference to pub at same time as MSE last call, but won't happen
