Looks like the format of the timeanddate page has changed and my script 
is no longer picking up accurate times for some locations.

I suggest dropping the tracker request, replace the *** TBD *** lines 
with None, and actually start the meeting on item 9.

I can scribe.

If it looks like we can send the plan2014 material out by early 
afternoon EDT, I suggest holding out sending the agenda until this can 
be sent and included.  I suggest adding plan2014 *last* as it will 
undoubtedly inspire discussion.
