As part of the test review period, I looked at the following tests. The intent of the tests look correct, though they are missing <div id=log'></div> to the pages so they render with pass/fail data. You should also point to the w3c spec (e.g. http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/Overview.html#dom-document-compatmode) http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/submission/Ms2ger/resource-metadata-management/document-compatmode-01.html http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/submission/Ms2ger/resource-metadata-management/document-compatmode-02.html http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/submission/Ms2ger/resource-metadata-management/document-compatmode-03.html http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/submission/Ms2ger/resource-metadata-management/document-compatmode-04.xhtml http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/submission/Ms2ger/resource-metadata-management/document-compatmode-05.xhtml http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/submission/Ms2ger/resource-metadata-management/document-compatmode-06.xhtml If others have feedback on these tests please respond to the list, thanks for your submission. -Kris
