Some tests for the video preload attribute have been added to the 
tests/submission/Opera/preload directory. Review of these tests is 
welcome but not in some cases they require stricter behaviour than the 
letter of the spec. In those cases we feel that the spec should be 
tightened up to mandate specific behaviour rather than allowing multiple 
incompatible behaviours.
