On the way to First Public Working Draft, the Status of this Document section should be updated as [that of MSE](https://www.w3.org/TR/media-source-2/#sotd) to note substantive changes that were made since publication as a W3C Recommendation. The text should probably also set expectations about further changes and clarify that addition of other features is out of scope for the group.
