EME test status

All,

Regarding the EME test suite:

   - The Google tests have all been migrated.
   - There are no open Pull Requests.

We have 4 issues not marked "VNext":

Three of these are proposals for new tests. Please comment (in the issues)
on the importance of these and whether or not they should also be moved to
VNext.

The remaining issue tracks the server problems for persistent-license
sessions. There has been a change on the server side but the problems is
not fully resolves. I will investigate this next week.
