CfC: Change MSE registry to use WG Notes

We recently published the EME registries and associated documents as WG Notes [1-2].  Although the current MSE registry has a permanent location there is now a MSE issue [3] to republish the MSE registry documents as WG Notes to follow the example chosen for the EME registries and associated documents.


The HTML Media Extensions WG is issuing a Call for Consensus to publish the MSE registry documents as WG Notes as per [3].

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged.  If there are no objections by Tuesday May 24, this resolution will carry.
