EME test reports

Mark checked in some test changes, including an update to the polyfill script that uses python.  I ran the tests locally after creating up to date polyfill test copies.  Reports are here:

The multi-drm tests that run with either PlayReady or Widevine are yielding misleading results.  Please review and comment if anything else looks off in the results.
