Hello HTML ME WG,

A request for a W3C/WHATWG neutral way to integrate media track with MP4 
came in to the Web Plat WG from David Singer at Apple.

Details of the request, plus an initial proposal from Anne Van Kesteren 
in WHATWG space, can both be found here:
