RE: Wolenetz's regrets for MSE telecon, Tue Sep 29

Due to Matt’s unavailability, I propose we cancel tomorrow’s Media TF discussions of MSE topics.  We will convene an EME TF meeting next week on Tue Oct 6 and then a MSE TF meeting on Tue Oct 13.
