According to GitHub today, the following 13 open issues are assigned and marked "to be implemented":

David: 2, 32, 48, 57, 70 and 90
Mark: 55
Jerry: 8, 17, 36, 72, 73, 77

The following 8 open issues are marked as "to be implemented" but are NOT yet assigned to an Editor:

Not assigned: 10, 47, 60, 61, 62, 64, 71, 74

Can the Editors please self-assign these unassigned issues ASAP so we know who will be resolving each issue?

At tomorrow's Media TF meeting I would like to gather consensus on whether any of these issues need an explicit pull request and review or if they are all ready for direct implementation?
