Hi, that might be interesting for some of you (if not, sorry for spamming): We just release an MPEG-DASH player for Web - using your HTML5 MSE as far as possible (Chrome, IE11/Win8, Safari 8), or Flash as fallback if the MSE is not available - and Android platforms (using HTML5 MSE). It automatically detect the platform and select the appropriate player (JS+HTML5 MSE or Flash), and provide an unified JavaScript API on top of that to control the player, do reporting, etc. Feel free to download a free version on www.dash-player.com and give it a try! Feedback would be highly appreciated! So, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have compatibility issues, or if you want to have further conversations on the players. Thanks and best regards, Stefan *_______________________* Stefan Lederer | bitmovin GmbH phone: +43 664 4347745 mail: stefan.lederer@bitmovin.net skype: stefan-lederer web: www.bitmovin.net Lakeside B01 | 9020 Klagenfurt | AUSTRIA c/o 417 Cliff St. #6 | Santa Cruz | CA 95060 | USA @bitmovin | facebook.com/bitmovin | github.com/bitmovin | crunchbase.com/company/bitmovin *Meet us @ Medientage Munich & Streaming Media West Los Angeles *
