ETSI DRM standardization effort starting up

Many of you are probably already aware of this, but in case you are not. ETSI announced a new ISG to start discussing standardizing DRM.
The white paper describes a system that is both lower level (hardware driver, VM level) and higher level (key server trust management) than Encrypted Media Extensions envisions. 
It will be interesting to see how the interaction between MSE/EME, DECE/Ultraviolet and this group evolves.
