In bug 20798, we made all keySystem string comparisons case-sensitive. I
believe we should do the same for all content type checks for the same reasons
and to be consistent with the keySystem checks.

Defining this now will also avoid inconsistencies and incompatibilities as has
happened for canPlayType() - see
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=20798#c4.
