Media TF teleconference Tue Dec 2

We have a single agenda item for the Media TF teleconference on Tue Dec 2.  The call will end once that item is completed (pending no new topics raised by attendees).

Sergey from the TAG is planning to call in to discuss https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=27055, " Surfacing license to the user".

The next Media TF teleconference will be on Tue Dec 9.  Paul is out this week and next, so we will conduct next week's call (or notify you of its cancellation) in his absence.
