Subject: MSE CR test suite status

On Tuesday's TF call we briefly discussed the MSE CR status [1].  We touched on Aaron's indication that he had responded to several questions about the original Google submission [2].   During the discussion Mark agreed to see if he could find some internal resources to work on the test suite.
